    Question

I was just wondering...My daughter saved her $ and bought a Marisol doll. She is 11 years old and not very rough with her dolls at all. Well, Marisol's head came off and I called AGCS and they told me that she could send it to the Doll Hospital and they will replace it for free. But, I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with the newer dolls...She has a lot of older dolls that I have purchased second hand off of Ebay and this is the first new one...I am nervous about giving my 6 year old Elizabeth for her birthday now.

I am so sorry that happened to your daughters doll.I have never heard of such a thing.
I have taken off a couple of my dolls heads to wash their hair, and then put the head back on.You can probably fix her at home and not have to mail her away.

My Marisol had a loose head when I got her.

Since she had the string closure it was really easy to just untie the knot and tie the string tighter so the head fit correctly.

Thanks...I am just not very doll savvy...For right now we did just tighten the string, but it is still very loose...
